1. ½ kg daging kambing
2. 3 cup beras
3. Minyak samin atau butter
4. 200 ml susu
5. 700 ml air (tergantung jenis beras)
6. Cengkeh
7. Kapulaga
8. Jahe, haluskan
9. BAwang Bombay, iris kasar
10. Garam
11. Gula pasir

Bumbu yang dihaluskan:

1. Bawang merah
2. Bawang putih
3. Lada bubuk
4. Pala bubuk
5. Ketumbar bubuk
6. Jinten bubuk
7. Kayu manis, bubuk

 Taburan:

1. Kismis Bawang goreng
2. Kacang mede, potong kasar

Cara Membuat Resep Masakan Nasi Kebuli:

1. Masukkan daging dan jahe ke dalam air mendidih
2. Sementara itu tumis bawang Bombay dengan butter sampai harum, lalu masukkan bumbu yang telah di haluskan, kemudian baru masukkan cengkeh dan kapulaga.
3. MAsukkan tumisan kedalam air rebusan daging, tambahkan susu, garam dan gula
4. Setelah daging empuk, angkat dan goreng
5. Masukkan ke dalam air rebusan, masak hingga air mongering. Kemudian kukus sampai matang.
6. Hidangkan bersama daging goreng, jalatoh dan bahan taburan yang sudah dicampur

Tips: Daging kambing sebelum digoreng bisa dikukus bersama aronan nasi. Lalu di goreng sebentar saja.
